There are few hip hop artists in Germany that are as controversial as the berlin based rapper SIDO. Hate it or love but it is undeniable that SIDO single handedly changed the entire German hip hop game with his hit single "mein Block".
SIDO was brave enough to portray his hometown Berlin in a somewhat different way and therefor paved the way for a new breed of German hip hop artists. Not everybody agrees with his hardcore lyrics, but we have always recognized the subtile irony and intelligence behind "Siggi's" word play. His mic skills are undeniable and his uncompromising "I don't give a f***" mentality make him a unique figure the the German rap game was desperately missing for some time.
